On late Wed evening (2/08/17), I, TODD Porter, had an emergency appointment with Dr Shagun Octain because I broke my lower rear tooth and a piece of my filling fell out with it! She put a temporary filling in to hold me off until the following afternoon! Except for my hygienist appointment with Carol Karobon every 6 months (Carol is absolutely the best - period), I dread having dental procedures! So to say the least, I was not happy about my 2 hour root canal and crown procedures the following day! However, even though the procedure lasted over 3 hours, it seemed no more than two hours and I absolutely had no pain whatsoever! And no, I was not asleep! Dr Shagun Octain and her assistant Nadia were beyond compare; totally professional, compassionate and funny as well! My total experience with them and the front desk was a true blessing! Here it is a day later and I only had to take 2 pain pills - and those were precautionary! Thanks so much Dr Shagun and Nadia and the staff st Cambridge Dental Group. You all are truly special!!!
