I have a heavy duty metal laundry tub which was missing one handle. I went to several different hardwares and Dukes hardware was the only place who had the one I need. I had I known of their location I would've went there first. thanks guys

I grew up in Dearborn Hgts. and I remember Duke's as the only hardware store my father used. You cannot get the kind of personalized service at a big box company (HD, L's) that Duke's consistently offers its customers. Headed there tomorrow. I live in another state but I come to town to help out my mother. Often I need something from a hardware store. I refuse to patronize the other stores anymore. When I have in the past it was an exercise in futility and very frustrating.

nice local hardware store. friendly and helpful people. I prefer to go there instead of giving my money to big companies like home depot and lowes.
