Awesome, outstanding, A+A+A+A+A+: My daughter bought a Pontiac which did have some troubles in the beginning but Erwin takes care of business. They towed the car at their expense (On a Saturday with no questions asked). They even offered her a loaner until they could get hers fixed. They also paid for a new transmission without any question (12 month warranty). This was a "as-is" sale and I know from experience that 95 percent of all used car lots would have simply said "as-is, your problem". I would recommend Erwin auto sales to anyone and I will definitely be buying another car from them. Anyone that has posted a problem with Erwin Auto sales should really put themselves on a "**shole" meter and see how high it goes because if you treat them with respect they will return triple the amount of respect. Thier 40 percent down requirement is as fair as it gets as they are the ones taking all the risk. Try going to Ford, GM or Chrystler and purchasing a brand new car as a 18 year female. The car payment is not the problem, it is the rip off rape everyone insurance rates that Michigan has that presents a problem. Irwin auto sales gives the opportunity to buy a decent car with a low payment and no full coverage insurance is needed. Again, Irwin takes all the risk.
Sarina is a gem and has proven that she will go out of her way to help just as long as you dont have that classic dumb a** attitude when contacting her., They do test drive all their cars and have mechanics go through them but they simply cannot drive each car for hundreds of miles to see if something will go wrong. Irwin auto sales gives a whole new meaning to as-is!!

To All metro Detroit car dealers: You can learn something from this business. Irwin auto sales is as honest as they come and they are a rare breed.

They told me they fixed a bunch of problems with my 05 impala, and I've had the car for 7 months and it has only ran for 2 of them, and they refuse to help out with all the problems and they love to repo your car and not tell u that you are in repossession, Check the thickness of the oil, brakes and hoses, they love to sell lemons and make u pay on them, when all ur money is going to repairs on a car I don't even own yet, WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, VERY SHADDY

I went to this place looking for a good used car but more importantly good customer service and mechanics who knew what they were doing. I couldn't have walked into somewhere better. The staff is easy going, helpful and straightforward as long (as your honest also) and they will help with any budget and credit type. My car had a bad alternator problem 2 months after I purchased it outright, brought it to them fixed it no problem and no cost. You don't get service like that anymore!!
