Above and beyond

I had a custom install job done on my truck. She promised that her technican would not pull off my truck until he was done....yep sure enough he was non-stop on my job. If fancy chairs and spending 30 minutes looking for a parking spot is what you want then this shop isn't for you. What really impressed me was her service after the sale....good luck getting any follow up from the box stores. It was nice calling with questions and not having to push 1 for Spanish and 2 for English. If fancy chairs and a counter person that has no clue what he's talking about better look else where.

There are so many things about this place that I don't like, it's hard to know where to begin. If you're going there, make sure that you call first because the "hours" posted are often ignored.

Upon entering the shop, you can't help but notice then many "dustballs" on the floor, the dust-covered counters and the scores of old CB radios lying about in various stages of disassembly. Oh...and the "cute" little signs..."Thanks for coming, NOW BUY SOMETHING!" or "Your lack of planning is not an emergency!". This pretty much sums up the attitude.

If you come in to buy a radio, they will immediately steer you to an "Export Radio". Pricey with a nice . Pricey with a nice profit margin. The problem is that these radios have extra power that you don't need and channels that you are not likely to be licensed to use.

Need a repair? No problem, they do plenty of those...nice profit in that. Oh...warranty repair? Sorry, they don't do those. That's between you and the manufacturer. They just sell the radios, they don't actually stand behind the product.

In short, you'd be much better off getting a radio at Best Buy or Radio Shack.

BEST PLACE FOR CB RADIO SALES & SERVICE!!!!! This place is awesome! They literally hook you up & send you out the door happy with GREAT SERVICE & QUALITY CUSTOM WORK -- CHEAP!!!!! They don't rip you off, or try to sell you something you don't want. They make you feel important & explain everything to you so you know exactly what you're getting, how to use it and walk you through it. Joanne has great communication skills, and she really knows her radios. Fred is an awesome guy that has alot of patience who fixes radios, works on solving your radio's issues, and is very good at what he does. They both make you feel comfortable, and right at home. For all your radio sales & service, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOANNE'S CITIZEN'S 2-WAY!!!!!! I GO THERE EVERYTIME I NEED SOMETHING OR ANSWERED!!!!! ....."73's" -- Jammin' Bob
