Terrible. # 1 he is NOT in Dearborn Hts., but Dearborn. He has a PO box for a reason - he does not want you to know his address. My surveillience system installed 10-19-17 - $$$ DVR still does not record or replay. Had "2 yr. warranty' Dorn Zurawski, owner/installer stopped taking my calls or emails after 2 days. Messy job- wires hanging everywhere in my basement. Found 'disc' in the garbage he just threw away??? No owner's manual,no instructions. Rip-Off. See other reviews for px....
