The lady who answers the phone is by far the rudest person I've ever dealt with, Niketa. Gave her my tacking number and she said they don't have it UPS never sent it, then hung up on me.

Do not ever pay extra for two day priority mail!!!!

It IS NOT gauranteed, and I was just told by this post office in a very snippy way that it can take up to FIVE days!!!

No wonder the U.S.P.S. is going out of business.

THEY SUCK!!!

Well what can I say , I was not home to receive one of my packages so I send my girlfriend up with all the proper documentation because I was at work and this wonderful lady by the name of Betty was nice and rude to my girlfriend after she was lied to by another wonderful government employee that my package was not even in the building , then Betty that would not give her last name or her bosses name tells my girlfriend get me to sign my name on a piece paper and bring it back they would give her the package, so my girlfriend meets me and 15 mins she goes to get what I payed extra to have in my possession in one business day and good old Betty still refuses to give her what I legally paid for and is my property !!! So I call up and tell her I have a real job and can't get away at this time I got everything she wanted and Betty tells me that she feels my girlfriend was trying to commit fraud that she sign my name on the piece paper , so I tell this wonderful government employee how do you know this seeing she has never met me "yet" and she doesn't know what my signature looks like !!! Oh wait ya she does because I gave my girlfriend my license to verify it ! But good old Betty with her shiny name tag and over payed ego decides still yet to give my girlfriend my package !! So I think seeing Betty like to play the power card so much I'm going to bring the police with me Bright and early to file charges against her for theft of something over 500$ tomorrow because she keeps playing her power trip crap ! Yet another government employee that doesn't understand she works for the people! And they wonder why fedex is taking jobs from people like this !
