Have been coming to All Brite Dental for years. Dr. Z and his staff have always been kind, caring and professional. Dr. Z is very personable and always does a follow up call in the evening to check on me if I have any procedure done. My entire family goes to All Brite and I continue to refer friends every chance I get. If you're looking for a great dentist in the Dearborn area, then I highly recommend Dr. Z and All Brite Dental.

My first appointment was great! I had some scheduling conflicts on my end and they accommodated me right away! I have been to a number of dentists in the past and I learned more about my teeth in this one session than I had with all of the dentists combined. I was taken in quickly and the treatment was exceptional.



You can tell Dr. Zia Rafiq is passionate about his work. I needed a lot of work that will take many sessions, Dr. Rafiq spent extra time (that he really didn't have to) to help fix some issues I was having that could have waited for another appointment.



I look forward to getting the rest of my work done here!





The service was wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly and Dr. Z is a great guy. I would recommend this office to anybody! Wonderful experience!

Great experience! Calls me days after to make sure everything is good and I feel like he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is always friendly and very helpful! I recommended him to all my family and friends

After seeing the same dentist for over 30 years, I was nervous about finding a new dentist. I found Dr. Z. through a colorful advertisement sent to my home. I was impressed by the professionalism of the ad, and then even more impressed by his office staff who were incredibly helpful, polite, and service oriented right from the first call. My first experience was just excellence all the way! After a painless cleaning and the ability to view my teeth on the computer screen, I could see the areas that needed attention. Dr. Z. even called me later in the day to see how I was feeling. Each appointment is the same...just excellent patient care and quality service from all the staff. I have been telling everyone I know about the best dentist in the world...They even find ways to cut my expenses through coupons and discounts. All Bright Dental and Dr. Z. are simply the best dental service I have ever experienced!







I was looking for a new dentist after going to the same one for... my whole life. I found All Brite on google when looking for dentists in my area, and read through all the reviews. They are all correct! I thought I was going to have to go through a few new dentists before I found one that I really like, but I was wrong! Lisa was my hygienist and she was SO welcoming, caring, and made me feel 100% comfortable during my cleaning. The phone call from Dr. Z the night before made me less nervous about the next day's appointment. He was very friendly, and I really liked his spunky personality. It made my visit pleasant and comfortable. I am happy to call All Brite my new dentist!!!!!!!!!!!!
