With Beech Monroe Goodyear new to the neighborhood I was cautious to bring my wife's Toyota Corolla there for a noise in the suspension. My son ( who is a mechanic as well ) had taken his Saturn there a few weeks earlier for a few maintenance issues and was very happy with their work. So we ended up taking her car in for the noise. They knew exactly what was wrong and even worked well past closing time to complete the car and get it back to us! And get this, they even called me a couple weeks later to make sure everything was good and if we were happy. Not many places take the time to really care about their customers! I would happily and highly recommend them to everyone.

Decided to try Beech Monroe Service and Tire Center, after Nate bought out the previous owner, which I have been going to for 8yrs.
Let me tell you, Nate and his crew handled my related repairs as well and professional as it gets !!!
From day one, they made me feel very positive for trying a new shop. They made the best assessments possible and NEVER made unrealistic promises . I knew at that point, I was dealing with an honest straight up repair shop. PERFECT communication at all times, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very clean and organized. Top notch repair to my Ford Escape. (Brakes, Calipers, and Rotors These guys are just NO NONSENCE / NO BS !
On top of it all Nate has to be one of the nicest guys I could ever want to deal with !They ought to change their name to "100" Star Service Center. (they deserve every 1 of those stars). I'll never hesitate to come back for future repairs should need be. Thank you Nate, and the whole team

My car has had several problems in the past, but Beech Monroe Auto Service is the only place I have actually received quality service and honesty. Craig, owner of the establishment, was honest about what actually needed to be done to my car and gave a very good estimate. Unlike other mechanics I have been to, Craig was honest and did not try to overcharge me. Not only was his personality exceptionally nice, but the service was amazing as well. My car is all better now and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend this mechanic, and I know that I myself will consider him my first choice if I should have any car issues in the future! Thanks so much Craig!
