Warning do not go here! They sold my son a brand new game that did not work. He tried to return it about 1hour later and was told no. They said bring your xbox in so we can test the game. Please note he has no problems with his xbox, it works perfect. They told him they could fix his xbox for 150.00 and it would cost 20 to clean the disk he just purchasedvthat did not work. So i called them there solution was give him a store credit of 33. I told them we just wanted to exchange the game since it was defective again they said no because they would lose money. I went and got it replaced else where. Please do not shop with these dishonest people. They will only try to con you and steal your money. They only get one star because I have to give it to move on zero stars is what they get

i went to game headz yesterday and i dont think id go to any other game store ever again, i was very happy with the service and moose was very helpful and friendly he took the scratches out of my sons games on the machine. they have everything from Nintendo Entertainment System to PS4 and XBOX ONE.

Terrible service, worst experience at any store, i was talking to the manager about selling an old ps2 system and every 3-4 sentenses he would look back at his phone and start texting. I went in with 20 ps2 games and a ps2 system and only got 15 dollars. I just left and went to gamestop sown the road. The games were very expensive over there also.
