I used Graham once in the past and the service was fine. I called recently for an appointment. The lady who answered the phone offered me a 4:30 appointment and then put me on hold before I could respond. After ten minutes she came back on the line and announced that she had given the appointment to somebody else. She didn't appologize nor did she think she had done anything wrong. I called a second time hoping that the manager would answer the phone ,however, the same crazy lady answered and this time she hung up on me. I think she has mental health issues. I am not going back to Graham's again.

I once went with my friend to get her glasses at Graham's. I saw the outstanding service and then I went there believe me I work in the medical filed and I have seen bad care!. The eye exam was extensive. The information was superb! The service was to die for, they treat you like family. In a world were service for the most part sucks you won't find that here at all. I want you to know that here you will feel so good because of the attention you get. I bought glasses there and have needed a few repairs because i fall asleep reading at night, They have always fixed my glasses at no charge and put them back into shape. Words cannot express my love for this place I have been a customer for 7 years now and I would not go any where else. The investment in glasses is tough for some of us but the value and support you get here is like no other. Im so picky and hate crappy service. So skip the other places and come home to good old fashioned service with people that really care!
