Very professional, friendly staff, beautiful office and was able to get in same day since I broke my glasses and could not drive. Not only did they take me in same day, but used my insurance and made my glasses same day, approximately 1.5 hours.... they got me back on the road.

Very nice place, had good experience and was very happy with service, they honored my appointment and was taken in on time even with full waiting room. I did not have to wait for the doctor, and once I went to order my glasses, they were knowledgeable regarding insurance coverage. They explained thoroughly my benefits, and was very happy with the selection that my insurance covered. Also check out was easy. Also the office is very high end, and clean. And seemed to have all of the newest equipment, they used on me that I never seem before at any of my previous eye exams.

I was recommended from my family doctor to see Dr Younes, since I was having headaches. He had all of the new equipment, and diagnose me with a brain tumor that had see a neurologist and saved my life. And now have sent my whole family there, highly recommended if you want to have the best eye care in Dearborn.

I really received excellent service here. My eye plan was to expire 12/31. I called on 12/31 and he was able to see me that same day. Dr. Younes is very personable and thorough. His exam revealed a prior retinal infection that had gone undiagnosed at a major optometric chain. Luckily it had healed but let a scar. I remember having a problem with that eye and being told that it looked fine, per my prior optometrist! Dr. Younes has a very good selection of designer frames and his assistant is very helpful in the final selection. The office is very clean and cozy. He takes all kinds of insurance and even participates in the web claims system of my insurance (VBA) so the fact that my insurance voucher form was expired was not a hindrance as he filed my claim online. The staff are very professional. I would recommend him to anyone that takes their sight seriously. I will definitely be going back for all my future eyewear needs.
