Awful. They send a different maintenance person every time, track mud all thru my house, hardly ever speak English and if there's an object in their way they just knock it where ever they please. Never rent from these people. They show up at random times, when they do set an appointment they never show! Disrespectful.

This company owns properties that are illegal rentals. They buy up houses for Taxes and rent ILLEGALLY to low credit people. One lives next to me now. They have routinely dodged getting any Certificate of Occupancy which is the law to have for rentals in Michigan. I have complained to the city and it seems that they only care about the tax money coming in not the Slumlords which are lowering the value of mine and my neighbors homes. For three years Drug dealers, white trash and sex offenders have been showing up to the house and absolutely ruining our lives. This company is garbage. Do not rent from them. They never fix the houses to living conditions and prey on people. STAY AWAY from this company rentals.
