Great place for couple perfect serves amazing food and hookah

Never going to this place again. First time there and spent over a hundred dollars there, apparently the spot my friends and I were sitting at was reserved at a certain time and we were never told until it was almost time for the people to show up. The guy decided to inform us that there was a reservation and the whole time he's basically saying we have to leave. I asked well there's no other spot you could put us at and he says I know. So I say, so your basically kicking us out. And he says no I'm not but I'm just saying this spot is reserved. Well there's no other spots, is my money not good enough. Apparently that's how he saw it and nothing was said about the reservation until we paid. The waitress was amazing, the food will take an forever regardless of what dish it might be. A smoothie took a half hour to make. All in all, never coming back here again. First time and last, shouldve read the reviews. I'll take my business elsewhere and what was funny was we had more people coming who in turn would've spent more Money. But the individual was more concerned on potential customers rather than customers who were already in the establishment.

The smoothies and cake were good but the service was bad. Waiter was rude and annoyed. They just had a couple of chicken strips so they charged us for a full order. And they were dry and chewy. For another dish they just subsituted our order without asking.

We attended this lounge as a group of 12 ladies and were shocked at the experience.Our food arrived almost one hour after we placed our orders and could not believe the amount of chicken we had in the sandwiches, 4 pieces of shi tawook.,our sandwiches were literally empty. We all complained to the waiter but he had no comment. One of the ladies sent her sandwich back but did not receive it for another 45 minutes and without her fries. Towards the end of our very poor experience the waiter brought over two complimentary plates of dessert to mend things. I called the following day to talk to the owner and left two messages in which he did not return my call. Very poor management and very stingy on food.

Best hookahs in town, Friendly service and a very fun and relaxing atmosphere.
