The lady that works there is very rude as well as well as unprofessional and very inpatient. I used the restroom once and it was insufficient urine. Then she saids! Honey you know you had to take a drug test today. I said I just got the email and didn't know if I was going to make it in enough time. Regardless to fact! That is nothing for her to say to me. So then I go back again and use the restroom and it was full this time. Why does it say on my paper insufficient? Furthermore!Why is there only one person working there? There should be more then one. She needs to be on a probation period and be reevaluated. You can even here her talking to the other patients while you are sitting in the lobby. Then you have to knock to let her know your in the lobby. Why? I just feel she was rude throughout the whole visit. I still have no results yet. I promised if something goes wrong with my results. I will be getting it investigated. I hope to never have to go there again.
