I've come here 2 other times before and everything went fine. Ive never had a problem. I decided to get my hair dyed and cut. I went in hoping it would turn out like the picture but the end result was completely different. My hair was a light brown before and I was hoping to get it brighter. My hair ended up being almost black looking in the front and some highlights in the back. The color looked nothing like I wanted. I asked for layers in my hair and got a trim and a layer by my face and that's it. I was left with dye all on my cheeks and on my forehead, so I had to use nail polish remover to get it off my face. I had to go home and straighten my hair again because the lady I had started rushing and left it really poofy. I called to let Silvia know and she told me she would let the lady who did my hair know and they would call me back. They never did. I paid a lot for my hair and it looks nothing like what I wanted. I'm really disappointed and will not be coming back.

I've been coming in weekly for 13 years for hair and nails. The service has always been excellent, the staff is very friendly and warm. I look forward to my appointment every week, they are like family to me :) Thank you Silvia for years of excellent service!
