They charged me $200 extra to arrive at 8:30am for setup because their workers don't start that early, however arrived 45 minutes late when we told them we had a very tight setup window for our event. It wouldn't have bothered me so much other than the fact they charged the extra $200 when our linen total was only $550ish so that's about 40% extra. The owner spoke with me upon booking and told me I was in good hands. However when we called to report our grievance, the manager would not let us speak with the owner and would not provide more than a $50 refund. Beautiful linens but disappointing service.

Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful, but with the right people, the stress can go away. I absolutely loved the ease by which VIP does things, an amazing one-stop shop for so many of your event needs. They have a great selection of options, from colors to material to decorations, that you’re sure to find what you’re looking for. The service was extremely organized and helpful, making suggestions to customize your event that are beautiful and unique. I have worked with them for both my engagement and wedding, and wouldn’t consider anyone else. I have recommended so many people to them because the quality service I got was unbeatable!

Very professional and friendly business to work with. They deliver, setup, and pickup all materials in a very timely fashion. They did such an awesome and wonderful job setting up linens and chair covers for our College's annual womens luncheon.
