This store is the worst and their customer service really needs to improve. I bought an air conditioning unit there yesterday and when I took it out of the box it had already been used. I called back up there to speak to the manager and I was placed on hold. No once but three times. So after working ten hours last night and getting off this morning at 4am I got up to be at the store when they open to return it, I was told that I hadn't purchased this unit yesterday. Like are you for real here is my receipt. With yesterday date and time on it. The customer service lady was rude and had the nerve to tell her co-worker that was standing there that oh she's lying. The manager Kristin had already walked off. This place needs to be shut down

This is the worse Walmart I have ever adopted at. Don't waste a trip.
