This could have been a difficult process but Pierre made it easier. I had a design in mind that I wanted but found that it was too expensive. Pierre adjusted the design to bring the cost down to something more affordable. He was prepared and had all the necessary tools at his fingertips. Pierre was easy to talk to and very friendly

After my husband passed away, I was at a total loss. I wanted to remember, a remembrance for him, for me. I called, 2 days later I was at my kitchen table with a man from Clark's. I was dreading this part....needless to say; Mr. Tourney Jr. was just wonderful to me. He listened to what I wanted. About 20 minutes later, he had a design in front of me. It was just what I wanted. It touched me.

From that afternoon, at my kitchen table to the headstone being placed on the grave, it was a wonderful experience. I was so worried about the cost, the quality, the warranty as I didn’t have the money to replace the headstone if something happened to it.

Having only purchased the headstone a few months ago, it looks just as it did the day it was installed. I have a peace of mind because it is guaranteed forever. For me, that means I never have to worry again.
