Apartment I viewed had roaches as well as paint peeling off the walls. The apartment smelled like dog urine. I would not recommend this complex with its ridiculous 1000 dollar a month rent

Dover Glen apartment has roaches. I would not recommend anyone to live here ever!!

Let me first start off by saying no one that resides at Dover Glen Apartments (under lease) is illegal. Unless they are staying with a person and office is unaware of. 2nd of all Mrs. Tammy managed apartments here for 8 years,if you seen police activity on property, she was the one more likely to of called them! She was friendly, but did not tolerate drugs on her property. I have seen for myself first hand her call the police and have individuals arrested for drugs and they didn't even live there. Now maintenance has been a problem for several years now that Chuck is there. He talks to residents as if they were idiots and obviously on drugs, but when Mrs. Tammy would notify her supervisors,they would tell her to pretty much mind her own business.He done no wrong on that property because he is one of the owners sons!!!!! This is my 2nd time living at Dover Glen and the last! Now it has a new manager and she does nothing!! Atleast Mrs Tammy would have bbqs for the kids,planted flowers and beds and lived on property and took care of it as if it were hers,The new manager stays behind her desk mon-fri 8-5 and leaves.never speaks to residents.and Yes Mrs Tammy had dogs.Never!! did I see them out, unless she was putting them in her car for a joy ride. She had a privacy fence behind her apt. where the dogs would use the bathroom,she took care of her dogs,better than most took care of their children..lol..Everyone has there own opinion,this my mine.
