Since 1954, EFP has specialized in providing creative solutions to its customers' expanded foam needs for packaging, appliance and automotive components and foundry applications. The facilities in Elkhart, Ind. (230,000 square feet) and Decatur, Ala. (180,000 square feet) are two of the largest foam manufacturing plants in North America. EAP also have plants in Nashville, Tenn. and Gordonsville, Tenn. EFP became ISO 9001 certified in 1997 and QS 9000 certified in 1998. The company complies with environmental legislation and regulations as well as other requirements to which the organization subscribes. The company believes in the prevention of pollution and continual improvement.
