They kept our motorcycle for about 2 months. We brought it in because the turn signals weren't working, and as a side note it wouldn't start consistently - you had to wiggle the key a certain way.



After keeping the bike for so long they forgot what they even had it for. When we called to see what was going on they couldn't get it to start at all...



They had forgotten the key wiggle we showed them. They thought the issue was somehow with the starter.



They had replaced some part that had nothing to do with the problem, and had nothing to do with why we brought it in. And they still couldn't get it to start.



I walked in, wiggled the key, and it started right up. We had asked that they try to fix it so you don't have to wiggle it...they just forgot completely, didn't write it down.



Turn signals still didn't work.



They charged us 100 dollars for BS labor and parts that didn't do anything. In hindsight I really wish we had said no, and just taken the bike.
