If 5 Star's indicates the top standard for customer service, then this business just introduced us to a sixth or 7th star way of doing things. Not only once, but 3 times now!!! After the childrens stomach bug plagued our new home, I (the Single Mother who was struggling to find 25¢) had much laundry but little time, $, or energy to get it all done. So with funds so tight and energy low, I decided to rinse everything & stuff the max limit into the biggest washer possible. I would have to hang it dry in our apartment & hope it wouldn't mildew lacking dryer $. Somewhere along the line an issue occurred (probably from the amount of clothing) & a few things didn't get as clean as they needed to be (since they had been heavily soiled with smells that just don't come out easily) I called the # listed & the owner offered to come and pay to re wash them that very moment, I insisted that he wait until morning. I cried when I found everything clean, dryed, folded, & stacked up, ready for pickup.

Filthy machine ruined a load of clothing yesterday. Permanent ink stains on a load of whites. These are work clothes and now have to be replaced. CLEAN THE MACHINES!
