Horrible service... even if it is privately owned does not mean you can choose the days you are in the office especially if it is posted the hours and days they are open when you sign for it. If you put it in the storage area you have paid for you should be able to get your things out right? I agree I was behind but I have paid all the money needed but four days later I still can't get into it.
