Total lack of confidentiality. The receptionist interview everyone in the waiting room. I felt humiliated and embarrassed when I was forced to listen to everybody's personal information and problems. I asked the receptionist to handle my case with more privacy And I handed her my paperwork to be copied. The receptionist still-found it necessary to shout across the room to me" you were born in 1950?"
