I had my draperies cleaned there and they lost one panel. They told me that they only had the panels that were given back to me. Silly me, I thought that, perhaps I did leave out a panel. However, I never found the missing panel.. This past Friday, I picked up a dress suit. I didn't realize that they only gave me back 2 pieces. I gave them 3 pieces to clean. The only pieces I got back were a jacket and a skirt. The blouse was not returned. I just called them and was told that I only gave them 2 pieces. They are not being truthful about it. I will never do business with them again and I will tell my relatives and neighbors not to do business with them either. Poor customer service. I wish I could give them a minus 5 stars.

They are the worst....do not take anything there to be altered. They ruined my dress and refuse to refund my money. Worst attitude ever, customer service stinks.
