I bought a house from Richard Porter, the man who owns this company, and it was full of toxic mold!!Richard Porter was the main "flipper/investor" in my house and knew about the mold. Instead of having a professional company remove the mold,, he had contractors replace some sheetrock and paint over it. Within 5 months, I had toxic mold coming through the paint of my brand new home!! I was very sick, had thousands of dollars in vet bills and had to move out immediately. I have lost a lot of personal property because of this.



There were no disclosures about the mold when I bought the house, and no mold in plain sight during the home inspection because it was all painted over.



Richard Porter refuses to speak to me or work with me to try to settle this out of court. I have handed over the case to the DA and States attorney for review and they are investigating him for mortgage fraud.



DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS BUSINESSES!! HE IS A FRAUD!!!
