I called to inquire about a car they were very rude and hung up on me. I never experienced such bad customer I wouldn't give them $1.

I was in need of a car and I am over 25 valid drivers license ect. They interrogated me and asked what year was I born. I thought that was very unprofessional in the manner I was asked. I asked what the reason is and if i need to come in and before i know i was hung up on. i called back and literally asked if he(didnt get a name) hung up on me and this time he hung up even harder. i called back for the third time and he said "i think ur under 25 and i am very strict about who i talk to". VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! they must have got into some trouble doing a bunch of illegal things but hat isNOT my fault and I shoudnt have gotten DISRESPECTed for it!!!

I was in need of a car for a few days, they were friendly, professional, fast and very helpful. The mid suv was clean, great on gas, a most of all my daughter enjoyed riding in it because it has a dvd player. There prices might me a little high but you know its worth it when you do not have a credit card and you get a great car.
