This place has everything, and for me they were convenient. But BEWARE their customer service si TERRIBLE, no matter how much you spend. They KNOWINGLY sell defective merchandise and it breaks as soon as you're out the door. They have zero intention of letting you return or exchange it. Their goal is to have you spend money and they are uninterested in retaining long term customers. I will take my money elsewhere.

This place does have everything, it is convenient and the prices are reasonable. However, the problem is bad customer service. I recently bought some earrings and asked if i could come back and get a replacement because the earring was defective- I could not even wear it. I asked the sales person about an exchange since the item was defective and was told that I could not replace the item. That will be my last visit; I hate that becasue I had been going there for years- but no more.

Anything you need for your hair they have it BELIEVE ME!!...& they are always so helpful.



However, make sure you feel the hair textures they recommend they sometimes try to make it less expensive on u which only hurts you in the end if you get a bad batch of hair.
