I was initially very excited about going to Chic. All the social networks looked very appeasing and I was excited to see that they had a special on Groupon. BEFORE I bought it I called to confirm that the deal was accurate. The receptionist was very polite the ENTIRE time and told me that they accepted them and I could come as a walk-in either Tuesday or Wednesday. I came in today and the two hair stylists were very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. As the receptionist was trying to explain to them the Groupon, they both stated, “I’m not doing that much work that cheap.” The receptionist was very patient with them but was trying to explain to the hairstylists that the deal was with Groupon and not the customer. KEEP IN MIND THAT I WAS 10 FEET AWAY. After about 5 minutes of pure awkwardness, the receptionist made an appointment for tomorrow because (all of a sudden) “the lady who does short hair wasn’t there” . Nevertheless, I cancelled my appointment. If there was any issue they should have all gone to the back away from customers if they couldn’t speak in a PROFESSIONAL whisper. I was really looking forward to giving them business and a great tip 
