This man comes off as a Christian, a friend, a helper. But if you wear a skirt, he' s out for much more!!!! He preys on Housing Voucher recipients and single females with children. But don't think he won't take a couple or a man for all he's worth. He is a snake, he will do and say whatever it takes to get your name on the dotted line. Then he misrepresents his properties, sets you up to be robbed, and gets to file an eviction on you for moving yourself and your children to a safer environment. My blood pressure is elevating, I will be back to write more....DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THIS SCHEMER...DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, LOOK HIM UP ON THE INTERNET, IT'S THERE IN BLACK AND WHITE how many evictions he's filed!!!! And you would think he was rich, driving around in his luxury vehicle...but he's been evicted himself over and over and over! Is this someone you really want to give your hard-earned money to?????
