Terrible customer service. Stay away from this boat repair shop.

If I could give 0 stars I would... I have been utilizing the service of this company for many many years... Due to unfortunate circumstances there is new management... Never would he ever have charged me storage fees... Never would he have told me ridiculous trumped up fees and charges for a repair...the boat is a 1989 legacy that I BOUGHT FROM THEM FOR $1800 3 YEARS AGO THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A REBUILT ENGINE IN IT. I was appalled to learn whn my husband came home with our boat... Mind you an engine that DOES NOT WORK needs to be repaired would cost us $5000, in order for him to pick up he had to pay the fee of them winterizing the boat. which new mgmt left a message on my VM YESTERDAY AT 1030 SAYING if he didn't hear from me by next week they have to winterize it because freezing temperatures is coming. This boat WAS "TECHNICALLY" deemed abandoned on the 2nd of dec...never have I heard those words come out of anybody's mouth at this company until this new mgmt came about. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!

This is a small shop with an atmosphere a fish camp from many years gone by. It is run by friendly unassuming people that seem to care about you and your boat. They stock many small OMC/BRP (Johnson,/ Evenrude) parts. I have had them order many obscure parts as well. It is nice to have this resource in town. I try to give them all of my business.
