We show paintings, drawings, prints, photography, textiles, sculpture and art objects on a domestic scale in a comfortable atmosphere. Gallery Director & Partner, Shawn Vinson, co-owned the Vinson Gallery on the Historic Old Courthouse Square in Decatur GA from 1998-2008. The new gallery is a short walk from the square, a few doors down from the Kimball House (located in the old train depot). Exhibitions will showcase invited artists and familiar names from the Vinson Gallery roster, such as Ruth Franklin, Chris Pig, Kosmo Vinyl, Billy Childish, Wreckless Eric, Anne Desmet RA, Leonie Bradley, David Robertson, Hilary Paynter, Michael Jackson, Marek Tobolewski, Fernando Feijoo, Gary Goodman, Skip Williamson and more. The inaugural exhibition, which opens May26, 2017, will include Japanese ceramics, paintings and prints; op-art serigraphs by Victor Vasarely; and large scale works by Ruth Franklin, Flora Rosefsky, Marek Tobolewski and others.
