This place is great at working with insurance. For the first time ever, I had no cost for my prescription, which is for high myopia and moderate astigmatism. They have a wide range of sizes and shapes of frame, unlike other optical shops, and most are extremely affordable, even out of pocket. Dan was able to set my son, who is a preschooler and requires aspheric lenses with bifocal and a moderate to high hyperopia, up with appropriate sized frames and we will have the finished pair within the week.

I called this place to find out if they took my insurance as it is from a smallr out of state company. When I ased for the office manager the receptionist told me to NEVER call back. He did not even bother to find out who I was why I was calling or anything and then HUNG UP on me. I could not believe it. When I called back to make sure I had not accidently mis-dialed he said it was nothing personal. I would NOT trust the customer service of an establishment that hires people this ignorant to answer their phones. Imagine what it would be like to be on a payment plan for a major dental procedure? No thanks.
