Can I award ZERO stars? I was lied to and tricked at JG Tire Service. They replaced my banged up size 14 wheel with a size 15 wheel and assured me that “as long as it felt comfortable to drive” that this size discrepancy would be okay. Three hours later, in the middle of my workday, I return to my car to find the new tire flat. I was then informed by two other professionals at two other shops that driving with this wrong size tire would ruin my alignment. I immediately remembered the JG employee ringing me up and encouraging me to come back for maintenance like oil changes, brakes, and (you guessed it) ALIGNMENTS! They lied to me, tricked me, and sent me onto the road with faulty equipment.

The owner cares about the reputation of his business. He was not around when I get there to buy two tires. I was unhappy about my experience because they tried to make me pay more & made me pay for a lug bolt he broke when trying to remove the tire.
The owner asked me to go back again to make things straight & they did a decent job.

Excelent service fast and very proffesional,
Got a very good deal for a set of used tires and aligment; also had my front Brake pads and rotors replaced for only $60. Thank you JG I will recommend this place.
