Not worth the time or money

Being a resident of our small city I tried to patron this establishment several times. They charge more than most cleaners in the area and take longer. My first order came back packed with wrinkles and poorly folded. I decided to try them again and asked for next day service, for which they charged me a premium. The clothes came back again poorly packed and folded. I decided not to use them ever again. Our city is also environmentally conscious and they use harmful chemicals. I gave them another chance because they are close to my house. This time they damaged my favorite shirt, kept it for over 3 weeks for repairs, and when they could not fix it, they told me to take the shirt back to the original merchant, even though they damaged it. I will never use them again. Third times the charm.
