I decided to try this dry cleaner because of the location. I brought in several pieces, but as prices were quoted for each piece, a random "up charge" was added because it was linen, or because it was silk or because the dress was lined. It seemed as thought she was making these up as she talked. I ended up leaving only a ladies windbreaker and one blouse. Those two pieces would cost almost $20.00 and it would be five days for the clothes to be returned from the "plant" for pick up! Their policy is to issue no claim ticket for the clothes dropped off---this is a really good way for them to lose your clothes. Without an itemized claim ticket, I have no way to hold them accountable for a lost item. It is also a good way to not have the verbally quoted price in writing. Thirty minutes later, I decided to return to the store and pick up my clothes. I am suspect of their store policies and their prices are not at all competitive. I cannot recommend this dry cleaner and I will not ever return there.
