I bought a car from McGhee Auto Sales 2 years ago; they could not have been nicer. Two weeks after I purchased the car, I went to get an emissions done and the battery died; they had me drive to their location and they replaced the battery free of charge.

Just this week, the batter that Autozone put in the car 2 years ago went bad. I took it back to McGhee expecting to pay the difference on a new pro-rated battery, but again, they replaced my battery free of charge.

They're wonderful people with excellent customer service. As long as I live in the Atlanta area, I will never buy a used car from anywhere else.

I will purchase EVERY used car from McGhee Auto Sales! Mr. McGhee was informative, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I had a slight problem with the car shortly after I purchased it and he fixed it without question or hesitation. I love the quality of the vehicle I purchased and have told all of my friends.

The owner buys wrecked cars from auctions. Its the owner's practice not to check the vehicles to see if they are in need of major repairs but still puts them out on the lot.



The way the owner gets around getting repairs done it is to offer a 30-day POWERTRAIN ONLY warranty for 50% of the repair costs, provided you bring the car to him first to perform repairs. If, on the day after you buy it, the owner cannot (i.e., WILL NOT) perform the repairs, you are then responsible for 50% of the repair costs. The owner most likely will not tell you what the problem is or where to take it to get it fixed. Any repairs needed outside the powertrain are 100% your responsibility straight off the lot.



Don't trust AutoCheck or CarFax; get the car checked out, no matter what the owner "guarantees." The owner is not a man of his word.
