Obviously, the business model is to see 1 patient every 2 hours with a break for lunch. Never have I seen a doctor's office so unprofessional. I took my son there twice and each time had an average 2 hour wait time. Coming 30 minutes early only extends the wait time by 30 minutes. Never again!

Park Central Family Practice is a great place to receive health care. Mrs. Moody is my practitioner and I've been going to her for YEARS! The administrative staff is always helpful and very respectful.

Very bad service here. Wait time is entirely too long... I had appointment set for 11:45 and had to leave because it was 12:45 and still wasn't seen yet...I advice you to look into somewhere because the service here isn't reliable

I would like a name and phone number of a supervisor/owner of this practice. I am so disappointed with the service I received on yesterday. It was the worst service I ever received. I heard more bad excuses then I did service. After being in the office for almost 2 1/2 hours, I had to remind them, my vital signs wasn't taking. They were going to give me another EKG and chest x-ray because they didn't remember I had that done 2 weeks before. I still never got any results from the visit before. I WILL NOT RETURN back here. I will pay out of pocket to go get another physical, chest x-ray, and blood work to make sure I get accurate results. I initially went in for headaches (for almost a month) and the loss of muscles usage on my left side. I know no more now, the I did before going in, and no great help in referring me to a Neuroligist. I don't want them calling me all is ok, just to say it.. Strokes and heart attacks run in my family, but none of that was asked. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! My PA was Dr. H. Moody.

Well I been going there for 3 years and I love it! My doctor takes her time to get all your questions answered and you don't feel rushed out of your appt like I have experienced elsewhere. It is a nice great small practice that is run by what is seen a great staff. I will continue to stick with them. Having a great attitude will always get you far!

I went to this Dr. office a while back and the staff is very unprofessional and unpleasant. They were talking about currently events in the office that was very displeasing. When I went to see Dr. Carter, she is worst she was talking about current events with the assist nurse. I know we are all consider as "sisters" but damn take care of your patient, don't try to kick it with me. If you can, stay away from this office, how can I put it "ghetto".

My first visit to this office was a typical experience. An hour wait in the waiting room and small examining rooms. Some important senses are extremely offended upon entry. The SIGHT AND SMELL are very unpleasant. I felt uncomfortable in a dirty doctor's office. This office should consider renovating or maybe closing the 4367 location and work at the 5014 location. The best part of this visit was the courteous and professional staff. Besides nice people I would not recommend this facility.
