I did not know what to expect for it was the first time I needed to buy a glass shower and frame. But this was the best experience I could have had - from Mr. Keith Parker taking my call and giving me a rough estimate after I sent pictures & measurements via email; and then Keith remembering me several months later when I decided to commit to the job; from sending Brent and Brandon out to measure it and the actual cost was LESS than the earlier one given (who does that anymore?); from the kind office ladies scheduling and coordinating and being patient with me; and to two polite and professional guys named Brent and Brandon who did the install which was quick and well-done. AMAZING! The whole team did a great job for me. They came out when they said they would. Their product really seems to be of high quality and was ready in 3-5 days. I was very pleased with the whole set up from beginning to end. I highly recommend Parker and Sons for your glass needs. They get FIVE STARS from me!! I will never look anywhere else for a glass company.
