I ordered some food to be delivered to my house while I was in route home I used their website to pay/order. He delivered it & asked my family for the money again! We paid twice! I called when I got home and a manager, Desiree told me the driver was going to bring it back. He didn't show up that night or the next day. I had to call them and tell them he didn't come and yet again spoke to Desiree. My house is literally down the street! She told me they would give me a refund but i have to come get it! Then I was rudely passed the assistant manager named Robyn. She was just as densed and had the nerve to try to be rude attitude like the other one. She said they couldn't come and bring me my money because they have a shortage of drivers! WTF??? How I ended up paying twice and being sassed by two people who are earning a paycheck to represent their location extremely poorly (MANAGERS?) I would never pay my money to be treated like this. I would never eat here AGAIN!!!!!

Had carry out coupon that they insisted I go online to place order. I couldn't even place order in person. Rude!!! I called Conyers location & placed carry out order over the phone w/no problem. I will never use Flat Shoals location again!! Rude & not customer friendly!!!! Do not patronize!!!

Manica- the so-called manager- is very rude and disrespectful. She needs more ppl skills and less attitude!

Called to see why pizza had very little to almost no cheese and the response was we had to cut back on cheese, because of food cost.
