Provided by YP.comAlways an awesome experience! Demetrice is a miracle worker, and all the employees are very friendly. They are the only place I have ever been to that really cares about hair care!

Provided by YP.comAwesome experience when I go. Should have written a review sooner. I have been going to Suite 20 for over 6 years now and still will only go to Suite 20. Place is very popular so you may have to wait but results are worth it. Went in for an elevated trim and flat iron. Arrived at 6:20 am left at 8:30 am and price very very reasonable. Most other shops would take longer. If you go during peak hours you may have to wait longer because there will be more customers at those time, but to not have to worry about an appointment is good to me. Love my hair.

Provided by YP.comWhile I realize your hair is your crown and glory most women take it too far. I am proud to support the business and have ALWAYS been pleased with the service. For those of you that take the time to read the NEGATIVE reviews keep in mind that your regular stylist had to get to know you and your hair. When you decided to visit Suite 20 Day Spa it was because your regular stylist had failed you. Over the past 8 years I have patronized Suite 20 Day Spa. The owners are AWESOME! They give back to the community and employ excellent stylist! I will continue to use their service.

Provided by YPmobileI'm refuse to patron a place where the customer service is poor. The lady at the front desk that wears the glasses gets rude every time you ask a question.

Provided by YP.comThis salon has "true" affordable prices and excellent service. You hear about all these salons that have $10 sets, but this one actually has great service and the "original $10 wrap!" I happened upon this location because of Half-Off Depot, but I'm so glad I did. Ms. Kristy was available, pleasant, skilled in her technique and knowledgeable about the products and haircare. You must try the hyroconditioning treatment! My hair responded unbelievably to the treatment! For right now I'll stick with my current nail salon, but I'll give them a chance to prove their ability. Everyone deserve a chance and if it didn't work out there are other places to go rather than tongue lash a whole salon for one technician's failure to perform or the client's failure to tell the whole truth. Some folks are just mean and need to stay home and not mingle in public! Doesn't mean God can't help them...just means not right now! LOL. I love Ms. Kristy and her staff. And I know to pray for those who are spiteful and mean.

Provided by YP.comI used a certificate from half off depot. You get what you pay for! The pedicure was low budget! They only had about 20 bottles of nail polish to choose from! Absolute insanity! Then when the girl finished my pedicure and my feet were drying, she stepped on my toe! When I was getting the manicure she didn't even clean under my finger nails and put on the cutical oil after my nails were polished. I never experienced such a low level of professionalism and will never return! Low budget!!!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI was really upset at suite 20 day salon spa in Decatur GA. Suite 20 Spa is the worst salon I've ever taken myself or my family to, definitely the worst hair salon or spa in the Decatur, GA or greater Atlanta, GA area. I gave Suite 20 Salon a try after reading some mixed reviews for Suite 20 Salon, but the Decatur "Day Spa" as it claims to be is nothing more than a tacky, underpriced, unprofessional facility that ruined my weave. If I was looking for a salon, spa, or any place to get hairstyles, weight management, dietary aids, massages, or skin services in the area of Decatur, Atlanta, Lithonia, or Conyers, do not come to Suite 20 Salon.

Provided by YP.comThey place seemed a little run down and tacky for a spa, but the prices were reasonable so I gave it a try. I received horrible service from Lavonda, and when I went to the manager about it, Ceasar Gaiter, he was rude and insulting. At the same time I was trying to talk with him about my service, another employee was coming in and complaining they were never paid. The whole thing felt unprofessional and surreal. I felt like I was ripped off by a criminal. I left and had to pay three times the amount I had paid them at another salon to fix my hair. Do not use this service, there are plenty of other hair places out there that want your business and do quality work.

Provided by YP.comI recently moved to the area and I was in need of a relaxer. My co-worker recommended Suilte 20 and I am so grateful that she did. I went to Suite 20 Salon last week and Kristy did an "Awesome" job on my hair. I love the late hours and the fact that they accept walk-ins. I recommend this shop to everyone. The services are good, people are friendly and prices are low. The next time I go back I plan to get the $10.00 roller set.
Great Job Suite 20!!!!

Provided by YP.comI have been going to Suite 20 Salon since they open in July 07. I wish people would tell the truth when they receive services and stop trying to bash a place because they couldn't dictate what they wanted. the Stylist at all have the License and 95% of them have been doing hair for over 6 years. We as clients always want to blame the Stylist for incidents with our hair but fail to admit when we are not truthful with the stylist. I've been at Suite 20 when a Stylist was doing a consultation with a client and the client failed to tell the stylist that she had put a permanent color in her hair the week before. When the stylist started to apply the relaxer, so of the hair started to shed. It was then that the client told the Stylist that the color was applied the week before instead of a month as she had stated before. Therefore, I want to say that before you try to blame the Stylist at Suite 20; maybe you should check yourself to see if you were truthful from the start.
As I stated in the beginning, I've been allowing Suite 20 to do my hair since they open and my hair is down my back and it's healthy.
Finally, Don't just bash management because they will not bow down to unreasonable requests. If they didn't care about clients, then they would have raised their prices by now. They are doing the community a great service just by keeping those prices. Also, no one appreciates the fact that the manager or owner Ceasar is always helping. When a customer house burned last year, he brought one of the clients' clothes to wear to school the next day. All of those discounts that the Suite 20 gives to the Teachers and Customer Appreciation is done by Ceasar.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT GO HERE, these are stylists who are not quite trained to deal with retaining healthy hair. These are stylist who are practicing. If you are very funny about your hair and would like to keep it healthy, I would not recommend Suite 20 Salon. I tried to save money & lost my hair. What a price to pay!

Provided by YP.comI visited this salon because I have dreads and was told they would be able to take care of me. While sitting in the stylist chair I heard the manager speaking to his staff in a very rude manner. I was a first time client and I asked the manager why he spoke to his staff in that manner and remined him it was my first time visiting the salon. The manager Ceasar stood in my face and told me that this was his salon and he could speak to them anyway he chose and then proceeded to tell another stylist he did not care about the cients because when one client leaves another would come. Also I heard the stylist complaining about how they did not get paid on time and how there checks would always bounce and not even Walmart or the Check Cashing place would cash there checks. I felt very bad for the stylist because it appeared they work very hard. I myself personally would never ever go to this Salon again because of management.

Provided by YP.comMy expierence at suite 20 was good at first. They had a lot of people but the first set of stylist they had really worked hard and got the job done all with a pleasant attitude. Seems like when they expanded things became very crazy. I could not get the person i wanted to do my hair, there was always the same music playing, the management became rude, and everyone seemed like they were walking on egg shells. The shampoo people had a time limit to shampoo your hair and they were not suppose to talk to you. They manager always got on the employees in front of cvustomers instead of being a professional about it and taking them into the office. I have made this last recent visit my last one.!!!

Provided by YP.comThis salon has low prices but it is not what it cracks up to be. The management is rude and if you have a problem they shy away from helping to resolve it therefore leaving there stylist hanging. They have a lot of drama and they actually think the clients don't pick up on the tension in the air. They have a select few of stylists that are good and the rest i would not touch with a ten foot pole. I recieved a good shampoo fron Kay. She needs to take her skills elsewhere. All I can say is you get what you pay for!!!!

Provided by YP.comI found this salon by shear accident, and thats what makes it so special. I was on my way to a friends house when my cousin called; interrupting my mobile navigation. I pulled into the nearest parking lot and was immediately approached by a man asking if I was going to the salon? I had no intentions of looking for a salon due to wearing my hair naturally, no perm, and at that time no color. I said no and continued my conversation, but my curiosity got the best of me. I asked the man what they're hours were, and was amazed to find they were open on Sunday! I had an appointment the next day, and was requesting a wash and press. I wanted a press with a pressing comb, but no one used a pressing comb, however one stylist told me to come on and sit down and she would have my hair straight with a flat iron... reluctantly I agreed, and found my current stylist Kathleen! Kathleen kept her promise and made me a believer. My hair was the best it's been in months. I went every two weeks for a while before I asked Kathleen about highlights, and once again she didn't fail. This salon even has free wfi connection, and the staff is comical to say the least. Even though I'm sold on Kathleen, there were some other stylists whose work was amazing too. I found them by accident, but should you read this post... call and make an appointment! If you have natural hair please ask for Kathleen, and you really cash in on the savings with a perm because a wash/set is $10, as well as other great prices for different styles. Go early because the parking lot get full really quick; although there is additional parking in the back.
