Over fucking rated I use to love coming here Henry is the truth on brows but I drive 30 min to wait 2 hours then sum lil girl gets on my feet and plays around. She rushed and could not get my big toes to match nail length to match. Joanna kept trying and in the end I’m left with a botched ass pedi. I’m waiting on Henry to get to my brows and hopefully uplift me but damn this place use to be the shit. So I guess I’m on the hunt for a new nail shop and hopefully they have a great eyebrow tech as well. I’m sorry Tiffany but I did enjoy you thus far.

The customer service is horrible here. The wait time is ridiculous. If you want to be treated like your time means nothing. Waste time here.

The customer service is horrible and the wait time ridiculous. Appointments are not possible and you have to call in to add your name to the list, but you are not able to get through in the phone when you try to call. If you don't get on the list the wait is 4-5 hours while sitting with your feet in water. I will not return and pay to be treated so poorly.

I love the nail shop, but the wait is long, so it seems like we as clients should have access to free WiFi.
