Paid $300 for srvcs Oct. 2013. They came to my aunt’s home in Atl. They discolored my leather seat and Jake stated he would repair. I live in South GA. Via email Jake agreed to repair when I returned to the Atl area. We scheduled for Dec. 2013. I waited for an hour, no one showed up. Called Jake, he stated the person called in sick. Rescheduled for the next day. The next day, no show again. I called Jake. He stated he had to fire that person. He told me to get the seat repaired & send a bill. I sent an estimate, & never heard back from Jake.

I took Jake Franco to Fulton County Magistrate Court in September 2014 and won my case despite the fact that the registered agent & attorney is Jake's father, Lenny Franco. To date, I have not received payment despite numerous attempts.

Don't use Sud Studs if you want a full detail (meaning full detail). I was charged $600 and ended up paying over $400 for a marine service in which this company didn't turn on their buffer one time (based on witnesses to my job). After confronting the owner, a repair job was attempted, but no further detailing progress was made and I ended up having to pay 2-3x what I would have paid for an equivalent Mr. Clean detailing generic cleaning job. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone to use this company as they not only don't perform the job described, but also bully you into payment prior to verifying the job performed.
