I came to the Waffle House on Columbia Drive in Decatur to get my usual. The atmosphere was ok I was greeted with a good morning, but as I take my seat the waiter was like I'm new! Ok I said to the female waiter, I stated I knew what I wanted she then proceeded to take my order. About 7 or 8 minutes my food came visually impressive, but my three egg cheese steak omelette was a plain omelette with cheese (no steak) my waiter said she written it down correct and the person she shown it to got it wrong then the cook himself came over and ask do I want the whole plate done over. I was like no and to myself I waited for a while. So my food came back omelette perfect but was a little rushed and my grits was lumpy. Now I don't usually complain or don't tip, but this time I did! #WaffleHouse experience.

Came in at 1:30 am staff didn't greet us, young lady had an attitude. A couple came in behind us was served there silverware and drinks, nobody made contact with us, young server asked the other female if she was gone get us the lady replied she would when she got ready, we got up and left, horrible customer service!!!!
