I went here today to purchase the specialty food that my dog eats. Not many places carry it and I had previously been driving almost an hour out if the way to get it, so I was happy to know that wags a lot carried it. When I walked in, I was surprised because I did not see anyone else. I browsed and as I got closer to the check in desk, I noticed a man sitting at the computer. I laughed and said "wow, I didn't even see you there." He just stared at me blankly. I asked him for the price of a treat that I had in my hand (there are not prices on most things). He took it from me, gave me the price, and handed it back. I browsed some more, picked up a few other things and still no help. I grabbed the food I came for and went towards the register and then put back everything I'd picked up except the food - and I would've put that back if I wasn't out! I handed him the food, he still did not greet me. Told me the total, I gave him cash, and we were done. No receipt, no thank you, no anything. When did we stop acknowledging customers? I didn't need much, but I was the only one there and their employee did not even acknowledge my presence or try to be helpful. I was going to ask him about their baths and daycare, but I didn't because I did not feel my business was appreciated. So, they lost a bigger sale and a return customer. I'll take my money to somewhere that appreciates it!

VERY CARING STAFF and Great facilities. I have tried others out of curiosity but WAG-A-LOT has got it going on. My pooches wouldn't let me take them anywhere else. They all start dancing in circles when I say, "Wanna go to WAG-A-LOT!" Keep up the good work. Thanks, long time fans!
