If I could give a negative rating I would.

My husband has done business with them in the past and he's always had good things to say about their work but their customer service sucks. They are very rude and don't care anything about someone making a report against them. One of the old men driving a maroon truck from their store tried to hit my vehicle because he blew through a stop sing. Before blowing through the stop sing he was driving like he was drunk, swerving all over the place. When I called to report him I was told they would handle it. When I asked for the old mans name Kathy got on the phone and said, "Mind my own F***ing business. We don't have to tell you sh**", and then she hung up on me. Sounds like to me the whole lot of them need to give up the drinking and close their doors.

Very speedy response time and took 2.3 seconds to unlock my door. VERY nice guy.

I asked for ideas on how to improve my home's security without installing a full security system. They said there wasn't anything we could do other than re-keying the locks. They said installing more deadbolts wouldn't be worth their money. Their money? Excuse me, I'm paying for this, and if I want more deadbolts, then give me a quote for more deadbolts. I was taken aback by their lack of professionalism.

Fantastic and friendly locksmith service. Got locked out of my car trying to get to work in the morning. It took 10 minutes from the time I hung up the phone with them to when I left for work. Very friendly staff was quick and efficient. Would recommend and use again!
