I really disappointed with this apartment. I lived there for 2 years. Everything was fine until I moved out. I signed a 6 months contact because I planned to bought my own house. And I have to pay a higher price for 6 months instead of 12 months. And of course, we accepted the price. However, when we moved out on 5th month. They told us we still have to pay one more month until our contact end or we have to pay a fee to break the contact. We agree and pay one more month of lease. It's not the worst part yet. After the last month, they charge us one more month-to-month charge because they said we need to pay until somebody else move in our apt. We started to feel ridiculous. But they say they're having customer looking at the apt, and they "might" move in soon. That's why we still pay the "deposit" amount of 904$. However, we never get the refund of that deposit amount. And they also charged us for the guest parking permit which we already return. So the total amount of money we have to paid for NO REASON is around $1,000 . It's not a huge amount, but enough for us to never recommend the apt to anyone else
