This Cabbie Service Has had me late for work more than a couple in one Darn week, On top of that I Reserve my pick up time atleast 3 hours Prior to my pick up time Yea I said It (3WHOLE HOURS) Well its not the worst but surely by far not the best. Someone Get a Lyft Driver with no hair exstentions.

Back on Aug 28th my daughter caught a cab from the Greyhound station back to Millikin. There happened to be another girl going to the same place, so my daughter thought great! We'll share a cab, but when they arrived back to school, the cab driver charged then $12 each instead of just the fare of $12. I called City taxi and talk to Mike who told me that was not their policy and would refund my daughters money. I gave him my address and I have yet to receive my refund.
If I could give NO stars I would. I don't recommend this cab company at all, they are ripping people off. I have since reported them to the BBB, but I am still waiting for my refund. Maybe the person in charge of the licencing of the cabs will be getting a call next
