    When calling about supplies, the staff in the Decatur office acted as though I was a bother. When asked if orders were received for equipment, no faxes or orders were found yet I have the fax cover sheet showing it was faxed and received by your office. Oxygen was needed in the home and they were not going to be able to deliver for 4 days because we live out of town. This kind of service is unacceptable for people in need, and oxygen has a time frame for delivery when ordered. Overall the staff and lack of interest in providing services were not only disappointing, but also unprofessional.
