I talked to them approximately two weeks ago about installing some ceiling fans which we had on order. We discussed a specific date for the install, and left it that I would notify them when the fans came in. I did so, but when I attempted to confirm the date we'd talked about, they became mysteriously silent. Have not responded to multiple voice and text messages. Today when I called, someone picked up the phone but said nothing as I tried to talk to him. Cannot recommend.

I received a quote for $650 to have 10 outlets replaced, it seemed excessive but we needed the work done by a licensed electrician to sell our house. Before the electrician arrived, I spoke with someone in the office about exactly what needed to be done, the exact locations, and materials that would be necessary to complete the work. I also sent a list via text and email of required materials. The electrician arrived with the wrong materials and seemed very confused about what needed to be done. He had to leave the house and "buy parts" two times that day. He installed the new outlets, but did not identify normal receptacles that are protected in line by a GFCI outlet, leaving it unclear to the new home buyer if the electrical upgrades they requested had been fulfilled or not.

I received a bill for $812. I was charged for eight hours of labor, which included three trips to the hardware store; at least one of these trips was to return the wrong materials. I was at home when the electrician arrived and left; the total work day was not eight hours. He claimed that he had been at the store buying parts before he arrived at the house in the morning. The receipts for materials were added up incorrectly, I was initially charged almost triple the cost of the materials. I contacted the company twice about the errors. They agreed to adjust the bill for the material errors, but only credited 30 minutes of the hourly rate to account for all of the trips to the hardware store. 7.5 hours is a ridiculously excessive amount of time to for a professional electrician to change 10 outlets, especially when detailed information was given prior to his arrival. I cannot recommend this company.
